booking a lesson

How do I book a lesson

The lessons are given on working days from 9.00 till 18.00.
To make an appointment for a first lesson you can phone 020 7794828 or 06 14798155. The first lesson usually takes a little longer than a normal lesson. The fee for the first lesson is the normal fee of 35 euro.
After this lesson you are ofcourse free to decide if you want to contimue with lessons.

Introduction-course Alexander Technique
2 grouplessons, with a maximum of four participants, on Wednesday evening, 19.30 till 21.00 and 1 individual lesson of 45 minutes.

Full day of Alexander Technique
For everybody to deepen, to explore or to refresh your Alexander Technique skills (a minimum experience of 10 individual lessons required). Individual and group work and a choice of smaller thematic workshops (playing music, monkey, running etc.).
