The Alexander Technique lessons are given in the center of Amsterdam at the Brouwersgracht 86, on the corner where the Keizersgracht en the Brouwersgracht meet. The practice is on the ground floor of the first monument which the amsterdam society 'tot Stadsherstel' has bought and renovated.

Access

The practice is on five minutes walking distance from central station Amsterdam.

Public transport: three minutes with the 'opstapper' from central station. This bus stops on request and departs every ten minutes from central station. You have to get out on the corner of the Binnenbrouwerstraat and the Brouwersgracht.
The practice is on the ground floor and easy accessible for people with walking problems.

2 grouplessons, with a maximum of four participants, on Wednesday evening, 19.30 till 21.00 and 1 individual lesson of 45 minutes.

Full day of Alexander Technique
For everybody to deepen, to explore or to refresh your Alexander Technique skills (a minimum experience of 10 individual lessons required). Individual and group work and a choice of smaller thematic workshops (playing music, monkey, running etc.).
